摘要 采用数值模拟的方法研究多台活性焦脱硫塔集成净化烟气脱硫装置的烟气分布特性,发现和揭示了各台脱硫塔之间和各吸附单元之间烟气流量的不均匀性。为了提高装置脱硫效率和活性焦利用率,在所建立的数值平台上对大量设想的调节方案进行了尝试、比较和筛选。研究结果表明,通过改变进气支管的直径大小,可以将烟气分布调节均匀。 By using numerical simulation method,the flue gas distribution of flue gas purification desulphurization equipment integrated from multiple desulphurization towers using active coke was studied.The nonuniformity of gas flux existed between various desulphurization towers and between various adsorption units was found and revealed.In order to enhance the desulphurization efficiency of the equipment and the use ratio of the active coke,multiple hypothetical regulating schemes were tried,compared and filtered.The research result shows that the flue gas distribution can be regulated uniform by changing the diameters of the flue gas inlet branch pipes.
