叙述了山西省2011年发展和改革工作,将通过结构调整、科学转型、建设城乡生态等措施,实现能源产业和节能产业的转型跨越发展。
This paper makes concessions based on reform and development of Shanxi in 2011, and establish oneself in Shanxi＇s realities. The anthor puts forward some measures such as structure adjustment, scientific transformation and eeo-environmental construction to realize the leap-over development of Shanxi energy and energy-saving.
