摘要
粉尘的浸润性是固体粒子与外界空气所形成的"固—气"界面可被新的"固—液"界面所取代的一种特性。其与粉料颗粒的化学成分、粒径、表面形状、生成条件、含水率、表面粗糙度和荷电性等自身条件以及环境温度、压力等外界因素有关,特别是与液体的表面张力有关。粉尘的浸润性是选择除尘方式的依据之一。根据GB/T 16913.8-1997粉尘物性试验方法第八部分:浸润性的测定——浸透速度法,制作了简易的测量装置,测定了去离子水对粉煤灰、煤粉、硼砂灰、生物质灰等的浸润性,并根据所得的数据分析了粉尘浸润性的一般规律。
Dust wettability is such a kind of characteristic that the " solid-gas" interface formed by the air outside and the solid particle could be replaced by a new "solid-liquid" interface. What are to affect the characteristic include the chemical composition, particle size, surface shape, formation conditions, moisture content, surface roughness and charge of their own conditions and its conditions such as the temperature, pressure and other external factors, especially the surface tension of the liquid. Dust wettability is one of the basis to what you are going to refer if you want to choose a suitable dedusting way. According to GB/T 16913.8--1997 Methods of dust character test Part 8 : Determination of immersion - Immersion speed method, I made a simple measuring device to measure the wettability of fly ash, coal, borax Gray , biological ash.
