摘要
分析了水利水电工程施工进度计划的不确定性和风险性，讨论了影响施工进度计划的各种不确定量的分布和参数选择问题，提出了水利水电施工进度计划风险的计算方法和步骤．
The uncertainty and risk of construction schedule for water resource projects construction are analysed. The selection of parameters and distributions which affect uncertainty factors of the schedule are discussed as well. The risk calculation method and program are developed.
