摘要
以FGD系统中最有代表性的设备SO2吸收塔为例,通过故障树失效分析法,叙述了吸收塔设备失效的主要原因,指出,故障树失效分析法对于吸收塔的安全运作和日常维护方面的工作具有参考价值,可为今后分析其他设备的失效可能性打下坚实的基础。
This paper takes the most representative of the FGD system equipment - SO2 absorber as an example, through the failure of the fault tree analysis, analyzes the main reasons for failure of the absorber device. The contents of this paper for the safe operation of the absorber and daily maintenance of the work has an important reference value, for analysis the possibility of failure of other equipment in future to lay a solid foundation.
