摘要
根据长丝纱断裂的不同时性引出长丝纱临界长度的概念,并建立数学模型对长丝纱临界长度进行计算;根据临界长度的定义和计算公式,从理论上说明了纱线各参数如纤维细度、捻度及摩擦系数等与纱线强度相关因素的影响。结果表明,纤维越细、捻度越大(临界捻系数内)、摩擦系数越大,临界长度越短,从而长丝纱强力越大,这与传统纺织理论相符。
The critical length is raised according to the asynchrony of filament yarn tensile testing.Geographical and mechanical models are established to calculate the critical length of filament yarn.It also sets forth the relationship between the strength of yarn and parameters such as fiber fineness,twist and friction factor based on the concept and mathematical expression of critical length.The result indicates that when the fiber is finer,the twist is higher(within critical twist factor) or the friction factor is higher,the critical length will become shorter and thus the yarn strength will increase,which goes well with the traditional fiber theory.
