接枝淀粉在高支纯棉纱线上浆中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 由于PVA难于生物降解和回收利用,给环境带来了不可避免的污染。为了使纺织浆料中不用或少用PVA,以德州某厂纯棉高支织物品种实际生产浆纱配方为参比,采用变性淀粉与聚丙烯酸混合浆料对纯棉高支纱线进行对比上浆与浆纱性能测试。结果表明,采用以75 kg氧化淀粉、37.5kg接枝淀粉和37.5 kg聚丙烯酸浆料QB918为主成分的混合浆料的浆纱配方可以完全替代含PVA浆料的浆纱配方。 PVA is difficult to be biodegraded and recycled with the inevitable pollution.In order to make textile size with less or no PVA,size formulas on pure cotton high count yarns used in actual production at a factory in the city of Dezhou was selected as a reference,grafted starch was mixed with polyacrylic acid to size on cotton yarns and sizing performance was tested.As a result,the mixed sizes with 75kg oxidized starch,37.5 kg grafted starch and 37.5 kg polyacrylic size to completely replace the PVA in sizing on pure cotton high count yarns.
