In the sill height calculation of submerged overflow,as relating to the solution of higher implicit function equations,grephical and trial methods are taken to achieve the solution at present,In this paper,on the basis of the basic formula of dissipator hydraulic calculation of anti-scour sill with the method of optimizing fit parameters a simplified calculation formula for direct getting sill height is found out,which is simple,direct and easy to use.
