摘要
全国联网形成电力大市场势在必行。在分析联网的意义、原则和方式的基础上，对西南电网在联网中的位置、外送电联网方式及策略作了初步论述。
It is imperative to realize national network interconnection to form a good market for electricity.Based on analysis on significance,principle and mode of network interconnection,the role of the Southwest Network in the National Network,interconnection mode and plan for outgoing electricity are discussed.
