With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,modern information technology has made a massive impact on physical education.The progressive reform of teaching can not be inseparable from modern information technology which can optimize the physical education.It is imperative to integrate modern information technology with physical education in the new era.With the help of modern information technology,the innovative physical education can substantially improve the quality of education and cultivate the creative ideas of students.A PE teaches should be able to take full advantage of modern information technology-aided teaching in PE.
