摘要
简要分析了水电系统的特性，指出了水电系统短期优化调度需要解决的两个关键技术，并提出了水电系统短期优化调度的一般性准则，同时建立了水电系统短期优化调度中一般性准则数学模型。
After brief analysis of characteristics in hydroelectric system,two key technologies and general principle of short term optimization dispatching are put forward.At the same time,general principle mathematical model is set up.In the end,performance index function of hydropower stations in the system is obtained.
