气相色谱-质谱联用法对蚕蛹油中脂肪酸成分分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用索氏提取法提取蚕蛹油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法分析蛹油的脂肪酸成分。经NIST质谱数据库检索和文献对照共检出8种成分。用面积归一法测出八种成分的含量,其结果表明蚕蛹油中脂肪酸的组成有豆蔻酸(0.20%)、花生四烯酸(0.27%)、软脂酸(16.84%)、棕榈油酸(2.40%)、硬脂酸(2.35%)、亚麻酸(38.22%)、亚油酸(39.60%)和十七碳酸(0.47%)。其中以不饱和脂肪酸为主,占总脂肪酸的80.22%,亚麻酸的相对含量高达38.22%,还含有十七碳原子脂肪酸,含量为0.47%。 Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze fatty acid compounds from silkworm pupa oil which was extracted by Soxhlet method and modified to methyl esters, and cured golden thread meat by NIST MS spectral library searching and alignment ofspectral data. A total of 8 kinds of fatty acid compounds were identified. The components are quantitatively determined by norm alization method, which consisted of myristic acid (0.20%), arachidonic acid (0.27%), palmitic acid (16.84%), palmitoleic acid (2.40%), stearic acid (2.35%), alpha linlenic acid (38.22%), linolenic acid (39.60%) and odd-numbered carbon(0.47%), oilThe yield of essential fatty acid from silkworm pupa oil is unsaturated fatty acids which accounting for 80.22%. The alpha linlenic acid content was nearly 38.22% in its fatty acids. More importantly is that the 17 carbon atoms was found ,which content was 0.47%.
