婴幼儿先天性心脏病行深低温体外循环术后肺动脉高压使用一氧化氮的临床效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估吸入一氧化氮治疗先天性心脏病体外循环术后肺动脉高压的效果。方法 20例先天性心脏病术后有肺动脉高压或肺高压危象临床表现患者,用吸入一氧化氮法治疗,比较治疗前后中心静脉压和血氧分压的变化。结果 20例患者在其他治疗不变的前提下,经过吸入一氧化氮治疗后,中心静脉压比治疗前明显下降,血氧分压比治疗前明显增高,差异有显著意义[(58.2±16.8)kPa vs.(46.0±13.9)kPa,P<0.05;(13.2±4.70)mmHg vs.(24.3±4.4)mmHg,P<0.05](1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。结论吸入一氧化氮治疗先天性心脏病体外循环术后肺动脉高压有良好的临床效果。
