摘要 目的探讨有氧运动对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者疲乏状况的影响。方法将50例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各25例,对照组出院后根据患者身体状况自行运动;干预组按护士为其制定的运动处方进行规律运动,分别在患者干预前及干预后3个月采用中文版的Piper疲乏修订量表对患者疲乏状况进行评定。结果两组患者干预前的疲乏评分比较(P>0.05),差异无显著意义意义;干预后两组患者的疲乏评分比较(P<0.05),差异有显著意义。结论有氧运动可以消除或缓解患者的疲乏程度,提高生存质量。
