摘要
简述了聚碳酸酯-聚醚透明聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂层的制备工艺和主要性能。着重讨论了聚碳酸酯(PCDL)、交联剂(MTH)、二异氰酸酯结构以及固化剂等因素对透明聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂层性能的影响,采用FTIR、DSC-Tg等方法对树脂的结构和性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明:所得聚氨酯弹性涂层的力学性能好,透明度高,耐水解性、抗热氧化性和耐候性优异。
The preparation process and the main performance of the polycarbonate-polyether transparent polyurethane elastic resin and coating were introduced.The influences of polycarbonate(PCDL),crosslinker(MTH),and the structure of disocyanate on the performance of transparent polyurethane elastic resin and coating were discussed emphatically.The resin structure and properties were analyzed and characterized by FTIR,DSC-Tg and other methods.The results showed that the coating have good mechanical properties,transparence,resistance to hydrolysis,thermal oxidation and weatherability.
