摘要
以硅树脂乳液与弹性纯丙乳液复合乳液为基料;以金红石型钛白粉为颜料,重质碳酸钙粉、空心玻璃微珠等为填料;配用助剂制备了弹性隔热外墙涂料,除满足优等外墙涂料的一般性能外,还具有吸水率低、透气性高、耐沾污性好、隔热效果优等特性,并与外墙外保温系统有很好的相容性和匹配性。
With complex emulsion of silicone resin and elastic acrylic as binder,rutile TiO2 as pigment,heavy calcium carbonate powder and hollow glass micro-beads as fillers,adding additives,a low elastic heat insulating exterior coatings was prepared.Besides general properties,it pocesses many excellent characteristics,such as low water absorption rate,high breathability,good dirt resistance,heat insulating effectiveness etc.and has fine compatibility and matching with exterior heat insulating system.
