木素磺酸钠对铅蓄电池负极性能的影响

Influence of lignosulfonates on the performance of lead-acid battery negative plates

摘要 研究了木素磺酸钠对铅蓄电池负极容量和高倍率部分荷电状态(HRPSoC)下循环性能的影响。研究表明:随着木素磺酸钠含量的增加,铅蓄电池负极初始容量会随之增加,但是在HRPSoC状态下,由于木素磺酸钠吸附在铅表面,阻碍了其充电过程,所以随着木素磺酸钠的增加,充电过程极化增大,其HRPSoC时的循环寿命也随之缩短。 The effect of lignosulfonates on the performance of the lead-acid negative plate capacity and high-rate partial-state-of-charge(HRPSoC) cycling was investigated.The results indicated that the negative plate capacity and different rate discharge capacity improved with the increasing of lignosulfonates.It also showed that the surface of the negative plates was entirely covered by adsorbed lignosulfonates,Then,it caused the increasing polarization of the negative plates.The charge processes impeded,which resulted in increased sulfation of the plates and reduced markedly the number of completed cycles during one HRPSoC cycle-set.
