摘要
改革开放以来,在党的民族政策指引下,蒙古族民族教育事业得到了快速发展。但是,基础教育过于集中办学模式给蒙古族聚居区带来诸多不利社会问题。首先,过于集中的力度大大超出办学条件;其次,违背低龄、认知、心理发展的规律,达不到教书育人的理想目的;再次,"挤兑"家庭教育;第四,存在诸多不安全隐患;第五,不利于民族传统文化的传承;第六,增加了农牧民经济负担;陪读家庭不稳定甚至离异;由于"挤兑"家庭教育而缺乏伦理道德和家庭责任等。这些似乎隐性和显现的教育问题,都是不利于蒙古族聚居区社会长远和谐发展的社会问题,必须引起国家、政府和社会的高度重视。
Since the reform and open policy,under the guidance of the party's national policy,Mongolian national education undertakings have got rapid development.However,elementary education is too centralized which mode of running a foundation of education has brought a lot of adverse social problems for Mongolian ghetto.First,too centralized strength greatly exceeds school running conditions.Secondly,it is against youth,cognition,and the law of the development of psychology,which could not reach the ideal teaching purpose.Then,it can "run" family education.Fourth,there are many unsafely hidden dangers.Fifth,it is not beneficial for the inheritance of traditional national culture.Sixth,it increases the farmer's burden;Accompanying studying family goes unstable and even divorced;Because of "running" family education,it lacks of ethics and family responsibility,etc.These seemly recessive and manifest education problems are all the social issues which go against and are unfavorable to the long-term harmonious development for Mongolian ghetto and which must be highly valued by country,government and society.
