改性膨润土处理污水处理厂二级出水的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究基于再生水回灌地下、补充地下水水源的目的,使用河南信阳某膨润土厂生产的钠基膨润土,通过酸改性、铝柱撑改性和微波-硫酸亚铁改性制得三种改性膨润土,用于处理城市污水处理厂的二级出水。实验结果显示,经XRD衍射分析可知,三种方法制备的改性膨润土,其矿物结构都有不同程度上的变化,膨润土层间距都较膨润土原矿有所增大,可见其改性效果明显。其中,经WFE型改性膨润土处理后污水处理厂的二级出水的水质最佳,其总氮、总磷及有机物(高锰酸盐指数)的含量分别是7.644 mg/L、0.700mg/L、2.97mg/L,去除率分别是49.81%、14.43%、48.41%,达到了国标《城市污水再生利用地下水回灌水质》标准中的相关要求。而WFE型改性膨润土的层间距增大至15.009 nm。可见,WFE型改性膨润土在污水处理方面有极好的应用前景。 Based on the purpose of groundwater recharge by using reclaimed wastewater,several kinds of modified bentonite including acid modification,Al-pillared modification and microwave-ferrous sulfate modification from a bentonite factory of Xinyang,Henan Province were used for the treatment of secondary effluent water from a wastewater treatment plant.Results showed that after different kinds of modification,the mineral structure of modified bentonite was changed.Under the analysis of XRD,the spacing of the modified bentonite expanded differently,compared to the original bentonite.Especially,after the treatment of WFE-bentonite,contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and permanganate index in the secondary effluent water was 7.644 mg/L,0.700 mg/L and 2.97 mg/L respectively,with removal rate as 49.81%,14.43% and 48.41%,which all satisfied the quality standard of groundwater recharge.And the spacing of WFE-bentonite has expanded to 15.009 nm.Evidently,the WFE-bentonite is available to the treatment of wastewater and has an admirable application.
