摘要
提出了一种暂态能量裕度灵敏度与潮流分配因子技术相结合的电力系统动态切负荷方法。运用暂态能量裕度灵敏度法可以快速导出系统稳定极限,采用暂态能量裕度对接口流的灵敏度来计算接口流极限,将故障时刻系统的负荷分布与系统的接口流极限进行比较最终获得动态切负荷方案。并通过算例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
This paper described a new approach for assessing dynamic load shedding amount of bulk power systems. It proposed a fast algorithm to estimate dynamic load shedding amount based on the transient energy margin sensitivity and the power flow distribution factor. The transient energy margin sensitivities are highly significant in quick determination of stability limits. The method calculated load shedding amount by means of comparing inter- face on - line flows and interface flow limits in an emergency in real - time monitoring. Tests on power systems had proven that this method was feasible and effective.
