Research and Analysis About Scanty Water Pump Vaporization of 220 MW Heating Unit System

胜利发电厂一期2台220 MW纯凝汽机组进行了热电联产供热改造,设备运行中经常出现疏水泵汽化、机械密封损坏事故。针对这一问题进行了系统的研究与分析,查找事故根源,并有针对性地制定整改方案,成功避免了设备损坏事故的发生。

To respond the national energy saving and emission reduction policies, Shengli power plant 2 sets 220 MW pure condensation condensing turbine were made cogeneration heating reform, but the equipments often appear vaporization and mechanical seal damage accidents when they were operating. This paper gives a systematic study and analysis to find accident reasons and formulate pertinently improvement schemes. At last it managed to avoid the damage of equipment accidents.
