摘要
班杜拉是社会学习理论的创始人,他将认知和行为联合起来看待社会学习,注重社会因素的影响,把学习心理学的研究同社会心理学的研究结合起来,对分析解释人类行为做出了卓越的贡献。本文从观察学习、环境交互作用、自我效能三方面展示班杜拉社会学习理论的主要观点,从这三方面观点看待成人学习行为的欠缺,从而得出社会学习理论对成人学习行为的启示。
Bandura, the founder of Social Learning Theory, makes a great contribution to human behavioral studies by integrating learning psychology with social psychology. His theory regards social learning as a combination of cognition and behavior, thus he lays an emphasis on the influence of social factors on learning, This paper highlights Bandura's Social Learning Theory from three aspects: observational learning, environmental interaction, self-efficacy, which are then employed to discuss adult learning behavior discrepancies. Inspiration of Bandura's Theory to adult learning is finally summarized.
