试论电大毕业生的职业筹划与就业指导

Discussion on Professional Planning and Career Guidance for Radio and TV University Graduates

当前大学大规模扩招,社会庞大的就业压力令高校毕业生出路困难重重,电大毕业生也面临同样的问题。本文从电大毕业生出路困难的原因、电大学生及当前劳动力市场的特点分析入手,探究到两者的契合点是就业能力,即可雇佣能力。因而从职业指导的角度,指出应重视对电大毕业生的职业筹划与就业指导,提出了专业引导、学习方法的训练、职业资格证书的考取、开设职业指导校本课程及职业咨询等指导策略,以提升电大毕业生的就业能力。

In recent years, universities have expanded enrollment at a large scale. Consequently, graduates face tremendous difficulties in their job hunting because of enormous employment pressure. Those from Radio and TV University are without exception. This article firstly analyzes characteristics of these graduates and the labor market, and then finds out that causes to their hardships encountered in the present labor market are employability-oriented. Thirdly, the article points out that great importance shall be attached to students' professional planning. Finally, strategies are put forwards to enhance graduates' employability like professional guiding, learning methods training, professional qualification certificates, vocation-related courses, and career consultation.
