我国高校学报互联网出版的可行性

高校学报实行互联网出版具有提高学报学术质量、多方位满足读者的阅读需求及有利于治理"一稿多投"等优势。目前,高校学报网络化、信息化建设已取得一定成效,为实现互联网出版打下了一定的基础。公益性的特性使高校学报很适合在互联网中生存与发展,新闻出版体制改革也为其实现互联网出版提供了难得的机遇。高校学报应积极联合组建学报集团,努力尝试走互联网出版之路,把学报做强做大。

Online college journals in China will result in a lot of superiorities, such as raising their academic quality, satisfying readers’ multi-dimensional needs and coping with the problem of multiple contributions. At present, great achievements have been made in terms of internetization and informationization, which lays a foundation for their online publication. One the one hand, their property serving the public interests will be of great help for them to explore the internet. On the other hand, press institutional reform has presented them a historic opportunity. Thus, college journals shall be incorporated to jointly go online for their further development.
