Based on the unique nature of higher vocational education,from the four elements of the ＂teaching model trend,＂ ＂training base construction＂,＂establishing a scientific and effective teaching system,＂ and ＂strengthening the open teachers building＂ to analyze the personnel training model for the MICE in higher vocational colleges in order to find effective ways to improve the quality of personnel training.
