补阳还五汤治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Viral Myocarditis Treated with Decotion Invigoration Yang for Recuperation

用补阳还五汤治疗病毒性心肌炎４８例，另设西药治疗对照组４２例。结果治疗组治愈３６例，好转 ９例，无效 ３例，总有效率 ９３．７５％；对照组治愈 １７例，好转 １８例，无效 １０例，总有效率７６．１９％。经统计两组总有效率有较显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组疗效优于对照组。

Decoction Invigoration yang for Recuperation has been applied to treat 48 cases of viral myocarditis while, western medicine to 42 as contrast. The result showed the cured was 36. the better 9, the ineffective 3 and the total effective rate 93. 75% in the treated group. howevrer, 17, 18, 10 and 76. 19% in the contrasted one. The difference is statistically significant between the two groups(P<0. 05)
