摘要
法律知识、法律意识、法律信仰、法律行为四个要素,构成了法律素质完整有机体。提高当代大学生法律素质是社会主义法制建设的需要,也是社会主义人才培养的需要。开展大学生法律素质教育,需要实现教育理念、教学内容、教学模式、教育途径四个转变,以加强教育力度,提高教育效果。
The four elements of the legal knowledge,legal awareness,legal faith and legal act constitutes the legal quality of the complete organism.Improving the legal quality of college students is the need of the socialism legal system,but also the need for personnel training of socialism.Developing the law quality education of the college students needs to achieve four changes of the educational philosophy,teaching content,teaching modes as well as the educational ways to enhance education force and improve educational effects.
