多索茶碱对支气管平滑肌的作用

ANTISPANSM EFFECTS OF DOXYFYLINEON BRONCHI SMOOTH MUSCLE

报道了一个新的嘌呤类衍生物多索茶碱的主要药理作用。体内外实验表明该药具有很强的抗支气管痉挛作用，其作用比氨茶碱强。拮抗组织胺对豚鼠气管的收缩作用，其ＩＣ５０为１．２６×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。该药也有明显的镇咳作用；而对肠肌、心脏和ＣＮＳ作用较弱，对呼吸系统的选择性高。主要用于治疗支气管疾病。

Pharmacological effects of a new purine derivative doxyfyline was reported.Experiments in vivo showed that doxyfyline has significant antispasm effects on bronchi smooth muscle. Its effect was higher than aminophylline. It can inhibit histamine induced bronchi muscle spasm in vitro and IC50 was 1.2610-4 mol/L.It also had significant antitussive effect. It had less effects on intetsines,heart and CNS.Doxyfyline has high selective activity on respiratory system, and mainly used for bronchi diseases.
