摘要
用理化鉴别反应、ＴＬＣ及络合滴定法，对中国广西壮族自治区天等县、隆林县等两个不同产地的薯良的主要化学成分鞣质进行了分析测试。表明薯良所含鞣质属儿茶素类缩合鞣质，两产地的薯良鞣质化学组分基本相同，所含鞣质含量有明显差异，隆林县高于天等县。
One of the
main chemical components of Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour., tannin(catechintannin),was identified and
analysed by means of TLC and complex formation titration. The results showed that catehintannin
contents in the Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour. produced in two different places(Tiandeng county and
Longlin county) were quite different.
