抵克力得和博洛克对老年脑梗塞患者血液流变学影响的比较

COMPARISON OF EFFECTS OF TICLOPIDINE ANDLUMBROKINASE ON HEMORRHEOLOGY OF CERBRALINFARCTION IN THE ELDERLY

报道抵克力得对老年脑梗塞患者的血液流变学影响，并与博洛克进行比较。

The purpose of present study was to assess and compare effects of ticlopidine versus lumbrokinase on hemorrheology in old patients with cerebral infarction. 38 cases were randomized into ticlopidine group (n=20) and lumbrokinase group(n=18) respectively.This study monitored serum fibrinogen concentration, bloodshear ratio and adhesion,plasma adhesion before treatment and given drugs 4 weeksend, 8 weeksend and 12 weeksend,respectively.The results showed that the ticlopidine group was lower than before treatment in all parameters(P<005) at 8 weeksend and after 12 weeks showed significant differene (P<001).The lumbrokinase group, however, showed that the serum fibrinogen concentration, blood adhesion and shearratio were reduced at 12 weeksend(P<005), the remains had no statistical significance (P>005).The profile showed ticlopidine improved hemorrheology in old patients with cerebral infarction and was better than lumbrokinase.
