摘要
用超临界CO_2萃取技术对植物黄花蒿进行萃取研究,考察了萃取压力、温度及时间对青蒿素收率的影响。萃取产物经简单的分离后得到纯度≥95%青蒿素产品,经 TLC、IR、MS、^(1)HNMR和^(13)CNMR分析确认。
Artemisia annua L. was extracted with supercritical CO_2 at different pressure, temperature and contact time to optimize the yield of artemisinin (QHS), which may achieve a yield well over 95% based on the content of QHS in the raw material A. annua L. The CO_2 extract can be simply purified with other separation method to obtain a final product with a purity over 99%. The authenticity of the product was verified by TLC, IR, MS, IHNMR and ^(13)CNMR.
