摘要
用大骨节病区粮水喂养18个月的恒河猴,其软骨基质中的硫酸软骨素(CH·S)含量明显减少,软骨中对^(35)S的摄取能力明显下降,同时糖胺多糖(GAG)的二糖组成受病区粮水致病因素的影响出现低硫酸化,功能上比较活跃部位软骨受病区粮水致病因素影响后其GAG代谢受损也最明显。
Rhesus monkeys were fed on grain and water taken from endemic areas of Kaschin - Beck disease (KBD) for 18 months.The results showed that chondroitin sulfate content in cartilage matrix and the incorporation of 35 S into cartilage chondroitin sulfate decreased significantly. In addition, disacchade compositions in the cartilage Glycosaminoglycon(GAG) from monkey ted on grains and water from KBD endemic areas were undersulfated, especially in the cartilage of active function.
