摘要
目的:观察侧脑室注入氯化镧( La Cl3)对大鼠下丘脑弓状核( A R C N)、腹内侧核( V M N)、背内侧核( D M N)神经元电活动的影响。方法:侧脑室注入不同浓度的 La Cl3,用细胞外放电记录技术,观察注药后上述核团放电频率的变化。结果:小剂量 La Cl3 (001 μm ol)注入上述核团后,神经元放电频率明显增加,而增大 La Cl3注射浓度后,神经元放电频率多表现为明显减少,且有剂量依赖趋势,10 μm ol的 La Cl3比01 μm ol抑制作用更明显。结论:大鼠下丘脑 D M N, V M N 和 A R C N 中神经元对脑室注射 La Cl3的反应是小剂量呈兴奋作用,而大剂量则为抑制效应。
Objective:To observe the effect of LaCl 3 on electrophysiologic activity of arcuatus nucleus (ARCN),dorsomedial nucleus (DMN) and ventromedial nucleus (VMN) after injection into lateral ventricle of rats.Methods:Frequency of extrocellular discharges of nuclei before and after injection LaCl 3 into lateral ventricle was recorded with electrophysiologic technique.Results:Small dose of LaCl 3 (0.01 μmol) induced the increase of extrocellular discharge.Large dose of LaCl 3 made the discharge decrease.The inhibited effect of 1.0 μmol was more powerful than that of the 0.1 μmol.Conclusion:The effect of LaCl 3 on nuclei in hypothalamus of rat is dose dependent:small dose produced exciting reaction and large dose showed inhibited role.
