穿透性角膜移植与白内障摘除及人工晶体植入同期联合手术

Penetrating keratoplasty with simultaneous cataract extraction and implantation of an intraocular lens

目的：评价穿透性角膜移植与白内障摘除及人工晶体植入同期手术的疗效及优点。方法：对５例角膜白斑并发白内障者，于角膜移植同一植孔开放式摘除白内障并植入后房型人工晶体。结果：角膜移植片４例透明，１例半透明。视力均有不同程度的改善和提高。结论：上述三联手术同期联合进行，是治疗角膜白斑并发白内障的有效方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects and the virtues of keratoplasty with simultaneous cataract extraction and implantation of intraocular lens (IOL).Methods:Five cases of cataract complicated with corneal leukoma were performed penetrating keratoplasty in combination with extraction and IOL implantation.Results:The corneal grafts were transparent in four eyes,semi transparent in one eye. Useful vision improved in different degree in five eyes.Conclusion:The triple procedure is believed be a best choice in treatment of such cases.
