摘要
目的:探讨硫酸氧钒对糖尿病性白内障的预防和治疗作用。方法:30只 W istar 鼠随机分成①对照组( C);②糖尿病组( D);③糖尿病治疗组( D V)。按55 m g/kg 注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。硫酸氧钒被溶于 D V 组饮水之中,观察12周,结束时通过影像学方法评价各组大鼠白内障的形成情况。结果:糖尿病的主要指标明显改善。经硫酸氧钒治疗后糖尿病大鼠的白内障形成受到明显抑制。结论:硫酸氧钒可以非常有效地预防糖尿病性白内障。
Objective:To estimate the effect of vanadyl sulfate on the formation of diabetic cataract.Methods:Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into ① control group (C);② diabetic group (D) and ③ diabetes treated group (DV).Diabetic Models were made by injection of streptozotocin 55 mg/kg.Vanadyl sulfate was put in drinking water of the DV group.By the end of 12 weeks of observation,the formation of cataract was evaluated among groups by image diagnosis.Results:The indexes of diabetes were much improved.Imagings show that the formation of diabetic cataract was almost suppressed in vanadyl treated diabetic rats.Conclusion:Vanadyl sulfate is very effective in provention of diabetic cataract.
