摘要
目的:研究仿生型人工椎板的形态结构、功能及其实用性。方法:采用 C T 测定和对 X 光片、骨标本、尸体的椎管矢状径、椎弓根间距、椎板棘突大小及棘突椎板角等数据做为依据,利用金属材料或聚氯乙烯高分子材料仿造人体的椎板和棘突的形态结构制作仿生型人工椎板,最后经过骨骼标本试装、尸检实验及各种生物力学实验。结果:仿生学人工椎板基本达到设计标准,产品已研制成功。其形态结构与人体的生理解剖形态结构相似,具备了棘突和椎板生理解剖功能特点,防止脊髓粘连受压,又修补了椎板缺损,稳定脊柱,形成了完整的椎管。结论:仿生型人工椎板符合形态学及生物力学原理,功能良好,具有广泛的实用性和科学性。
Objective:To study the sturcture,function and practicality of the bionics artificial vertebral lamina.Methods:The study was based on the measurement of keletonspciment,vertebral canal sagittal diameter of death body,the distance between pedicles of vertebral arch,spinous pross,the angle between spinouts process and lamina of vertebral arch and so on.The artificial body was made of metal or pdyvinylpyrrolidone arterial according to the sttucture of lamina of vertebral arch and spinouts process.Finally,we settled them in skeketon specimen,and did corpse test and all kinds of biomechanics test.Results:Artificial vertebral lamina reached the desired level fundamentally and the product had been accomplished.It can protect the vertevralcaval becaure of its specific structure.Conclusion:The bionics artificial vertebral lamina conformed to the bionechanics theory and processed good function,largely practicial and scientificall merit.
