摘要
目的:研制椎间盘穿刺定位工具,探讨其临床实用性。方法:用三维一面的技术理论、坐标技术、三角函数和绘图基本知识及 C T 测量等方法。结果:临床应用本穿刺定位器及其技术,共做113例,127 个间盘,其中包括 30 例 L5 S1 间盘突出,仅有最初 2 个 L5 S1 间盘穿刺失败,其余均获成功,成功率为 9843% 。结论:椎间盘穿刺定位器设计合理,操作简单、准确,实用性强,穿刺成功率高。
Objective:To develop the position appliances of intervertebral dics and to study its clinical practicality.Methods:We used the technologic theory of three dimensions and one plat,the coordinate technology,the baxic knowledge of trigonometric function and drafting and the metholds of Ct measure,etc.Results:Through the clinical practice of 113 patients with 127 intervertebral discs,except that the first two cases of L 3 and S 1 failed,the others got success,with the successive rate of 98.43%.Conclusion:The IDPP was designed rationally,operated easily and correctly,and it had large practicality and high success rate.
