肾移植患者性激素检测及性功能变化研究

Changes of Sexual Hormones and Sexual Functionin the Patients of Renal Transplantation

测定２６例肾移植术前及术后１、３、６个月血清性激素水平及生存１～３年患者的性功能变化。结果显示：肾移植术后，肾功能恢复正常，术后３个月时男性血清Ｔ值及女性Ｅ２值均恢复正常；６个月时性功能恢复正常。认为成功的肾移植是解除尿毒症患者垂体—性腺功能紊乱的有效方法。

The serum sexual hormones were measured in 26 renal transplant cases both pretransplantly and 136 monthes after transplantation.The changes of sexual function in 24 patients who had a normal functioning graft for 13 years were inventigated.The results inclicated that the levels of serum T of males and E2 of females were normal 2 or 3 monthes after transplantation.The sexual function was rehabititated 6 monthes after transplantation.It was suggested that the patients with pituiary gonadal dysfunction in chronic renal failure can be relieved by successful renal transplantation.
