摘要
在被扩增的ＤＮＡ片段存在特殊结构时，通过改变ＰＣＲ反应成分，并采用不同的退火温度加热启动，得到了满意的特异的ＰＣＲ扩增产物。
The specific PCR product and improved yield for problematic template caused by GCrich region were obteined by modifying the components in PCR reaction using of hot start and alternative annealing temperature.
