大动物原位肝移植的术中静脉转流

VenoVenous Bypass in Big Animal Orthotopic Liver Transplantation

报道１５例犬及５例猪同种异体原位肝移植，其中７例犬及４例猪行背驮式肝移植，并于术中行门静脉—颈静脉体位转流，其余动物行其它不同转流方式或不转流。结果显示前者的血流动力学稳定性明显优于其它术式，有利于完成肝移植。

In fifteen canines and 5 porcines orthotopic liver transplantation was carried out.Piggyback technique with portal veinjugular vein bypass was employed in 7 canines and 4 porcines.The results showed that its hemodynamic stability was much better than that in the case of using other methods.
