教师流动问题是教师管理政策的重要组成,也是近几年持续升温的热点问题。通过对教师流动问题研究的趋势分析,检视了近二十年来,此类研究的热点、难点和发展趋势;此类研究主要是从理论、流动形式、研究方法、对策策略等角度开展的;教师流动可以从政治学、经济学、社会学等三大经典学科切入,也可以从教育学、管理学等分支学科入手。对此类文本进行解读,指出其研究的规律、优势和不足,为后续问题研究、政策制定提供学理支持。

The problem of the teachers flow is one of the most important parts and the hot topics of the teacher administration policies. This paper is from the views of the theory, flow forms, research methods and strategies to find out the problems and research trends in recent twenty years.
