摘要
伴随着事业单位人事制度改革的深入,高校各类人员特别是编外人员的管理面临新的挑战。规范劳动合同管理、建立和完善劳动争议的预防及解决机制,有利于实现劳资共赢、校园和谐发展。
With the labor contract law implemented nearly three years, and with the reform of personnel system going further deeply, the personnel management of colleges, especially that of the non-official personnel has confronted with new challenges. In order to settle the issue, it is expected to standard the management of labor contract, establish and improve the prevention and settlement mechanism of labor dispute, which is of great significance to realize the harmonious development of college campus.
