章士钊是我国著名的思想家、社会活动家、民主人士。他一生饱经世事,学贯中西,形成了独特的"有容"、"尚异"的政治思想、民主宪政的制宪主张和自由主义的司法平等观念。
Zhang Shizhao is a famous Chinese thinker, social activist and democrat. He experienced a lot of things in old China. He is proficient in Chinese and Western cultures. He has his own unique thought of politics and law： pohtical thought on ＂tolerant＂ and ＂differences＂, constitutional thought on democracy and judicial equality of liberalism.
