浅谈《监狱法》中“教育改造”之完善

《监狱法》的颁布实施，对于推进我国监狱工作的法制化、规范化和适应国际人权斗争，促进国际刑罚交流发挥了重要作用。然而十几年来，随着社会政治经济形势的变化，作为新中国的第一部监狱法典的不足和缺陷日益显露出来，也在一定程度上制约了监狱工作的进一步发展和提高。因此，修改完善《监狱法》已成为当前亟需解决的一个课题。限于篇幅，文章仅从《监狱法》对“教育改造”方面的规定略陈管见。

The prison law has played an important role in making our country＇s jail work legalization and standardization, and has promoted the international human rights struggle and the international punishment exchange. However, along with recent changes in social politics and economy, The Prison Law, as China＇s first prison code, increasingly illustrates insufficience and defect, and it also restricts the prison＇s further development to some extent. Therefore, it has become a topic to be solved urgently to revise and perfect The Prison Law. The article here only carries out an exploratory discussion on the education transformation of it.
