局部微波热疗与化疗联合应用于胸壁复发乳腺癌的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价局部微波热疗与化疗联合应用于胸壁复发乳腺癌的近期疗效。方法 43例胸壁复发乳腺癌患者分别接受化疗配合局部微波热疗组22例,及单纯性化疗组21例,两组患者特征具有可比性(P>0.05)。结果两组患者均可评价疗效,化疗配合局部微波热疗组有效率为81.8%,其中CR 9例,中位进展期6.4个月;单纯性化疗组有效率为47.6%,其中CR 3例,中位进展期(TTP)2.3个月。两组不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道、神经毒性及心脏毒性,差异无统计学意义。结论化疗配合局部微波热疗疗效明显高于单纯性化疗组(P<0.05),局部微波热疗是提高局部晚期乳腺癌化疗疗效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the local microwave hyperthermia and chemotherapy used in chest wall recurrence of breast cancer.Methods Among 43 patients with chest wall recurrence of breast cancer,there are 22 patients treated with chemotherapy combined with local microwave hyperthermia and 21 patients treated with simple chemotherapy.Two groups of patients with characteristics exists significant difference(P0.05).Results The results of two groups patients can evaluate the treatment effects.The efficient of chemotherapy combined with local microwave hyperthermia group was 81.8%,median of 6.4 months progress,and the efficient of simple chemotherapy group was 47.6%,which CR3 with the median advanced(TTP) 2.3 months.The main toxicity of two group patients was myelosuppression,gastrointestinal、neurological toxicity and cardiac damage,and there is no significant difference.Conclusion The efficacy of chemotherapy combined with local microwave hyperthermia chemotherapy group was significantly higher than simple group(P0.05),local microwave hyperthermia is to improve the method of locally advanced breast cancer chemotherapy.
