中老年女性高脂血症与胫前凹陷性水肿

Hyperlipemia and pitting edema of the lower legs in the middle-aged and elderly female patients

目的探讨中老年女性高脂血症与胫前凹陷性水肿的关系。方法 48例2005年1月～2010年3月门诊中老年女性,全部患者均有胫前凹陷性水肿,均予生活方式干预,低脂饮食,休息时抬高下肢,并予瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定,阿斯利康制药有限公司),治疗1个月。结果 42例(87%)患者胫前凹陷性水肿消退;6例(13%)明显减轻,均为44～50岁,月经紊乱明显者,48例复查血脂,肝肾功,CK正常,头昏乏力明显减轻。结论胫前凹陷性水肿有可能是中老年女性高脂血症的一种主要临床表现之一;瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定,阿斯利康制药有限公司)能安全降脂,并能减轻胫前凹陷性水肿,改善中老年女性生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship of hyperlipemia and pitting edema of the lower legs in the middle-aged and elderly female patients.Methods 48 cases of middle-aged and elderly female patients were included from Jan 2005 to March 2010 in our out-patient department.All cases had the pitting edema of their lower legs.Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets were given for all patients including the life style intervention,lower lipid diet and raised the lower legs for one month.Results After treating one month,there were 42 cases（87%）had the disappear of the lower leg pitting edema;6 cases（13%）had less edema of their lower legs,and they were 44～50 years old with the obviously menses disorders.Dizziness and fatigue were obviously decreased for all cases,and their blood-lipid,kidney and liver function,CK was normal.Conclusion The pitting edema of the lower legs was probably one of the main clinical manifestations for hyperlipidemia in the middle-aged and elderly female patients.Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets can safely decrease the blood-lipid and relieve the pitting edema of the lower legs,and finally improve the quality of life for middle-aged and elderly female patients.
