经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术前后尿动力学变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术前后尿动力学变化和临床意义。方法对116例前列腺增生症患者按年龄将所有患者分为3组,中年组(50~59岁)共18例、老年组(60~69岁)共47例、高龄组(70岁以上)共51例;均于手术前和术后3个月检查尿流动力学各项指标,并进行对比分析。结果手术前、后各项尿流动力学指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿动力学检查对判断前列腺增生症患者膀胱出口梗阻的判断和了解膀胱功能有重要临床价值,为诊断和治疗提供客观依据,不同年龄组患者手术前后的尿动力学检查结果有所不同。 Objective To investigate before and after transurethral resection of plasma urodynamic changes and clinical significance.Methods There are 116 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia by age of all patients were divided into 3 groups,Middle-aged group(50~59 years) a total of 18 cases,Elderly group(60 ~ 69 years) of 47 cases,age group(more than 70 years old) in 51 cases.Urodynamic indicators had been detection before and after the surgery and analyzed.Results The difference of urodynamic indicators before and after operation was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Urodynamic examination after benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder outlet obstruction diagnosis and knowledge of bladder function has important clinical value,Can provide an objective basis for diagnosis and treatment.Different age groups before and after surgery in patients with urodynamic results were different.
