摘要
目的探讨超声对睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法经病理证实为睾丸精原细胞瘤33例的术前声像图进行回顾性分析,分析内容包括边缘形态、内部回声、彩色多普勒血流显像等。结果典型精原细胞瘤声像图特征表现为:边缘不规则,低回声不均质团块,内部血流丰富,阻力指数低。结论精原细胞瘤声像图具有特征性,超声对睾丸精原细胞瘤具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in testicular seminoma.Methods A total of 33 cases of patients with testicular seminoma confirmed by operation were analyzed and reviewed. The contour margin, internal echo of nodule, color Doppler blood image were observed.Results The irregular contour, substantiality and hypoecho, intranodular rich blood flow, lowresistance Index were the typical appearance of the testicular seminoma.Conclusion Ultrasonography is valuable for the diagnosis of testicular seminoma.
