新生儿低氧缺血性脑病的治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 新生儿低氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic—ischemicelICeph—alopathy,HIE)是新生儿窒息低氧引起的常见合并症,重度的HIE患儿常有脑瘫、智力障碍等后遗症,严重地危害了儿童的健康。目前,新生儿HIE的诊断和治疗主要问题是新生儿科医生对新生儿HIE诊断和治疗的认识尚不足。国内“九五”攻关项目HIE协作组提出的“新生儿低氧缺血性脑病治疗方案”,首次系统总结了“三项对症、三项支持”疗法。
