摘要
目的了解人工气道患者采用3种不同湿化方法的湿化效果。方法将90例人工气道患者随机分为3组,实验组A采用输液泵持续气道内滴注湿化(输液泵法),实验组B采用精密输液器持续气道滴注湿化(精密输液器法),对照组采用间断气管内滴注湿化(传统法),比较3组痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽、肺部感染、气管粘膜出血、血氧饱和度、带管天数、吸痰次数、经济成本。结果实验组A和实验组B的各项指标中痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽、肺部感染、气管粘膜出血、血氧饱和度(%)、带管时间(d)、吸痰次数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组A经济成本高于实验组B、对照组(P<0.01),实验组B经济成本高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 3种湿化方法中精密输液器法的湿化效果较好,操作简便,经济实惠,适合临床应用。
Objective To realize the effect of three different humidification ways on patients with artificial airway.Methods We divided 90 patients with artificial airway into the test group A the test group B and the control group.Test group A continue in artificial airway humidification by the transfer pump(transfer pump way),test group B continue in artificial airway humidification by the precise transfusion system(precise transfusion system way),the control group gap artificial airway humidification by the syringe(traditional way).Effect analyzed statistically.compared the patients'blocking with sputum 、 irritating cough 、 lung infection 、 tracheal mucosa hemorrhage 、SaO2、intubating days、suck sputum times、 economic cost among 3 groups.Results Compared with the control group,there is higher significantly blocking with sputum 、 irritating cough、lung infection 、 tracheal mucosa hemorrhage 、SaO2、 intubating days、 suck sputum times in the test group A and the test group B;as compared with the control group,there is higher significantly economic cost in the test group the test group A and the test group B(P0.01);as compared with the test group A and the test group B,there is higher significantly economic cost in the test group A(P0.01) Conclusion There is better effect of artificial airway humidification by precise transfusion system among 3 groups,easy to operate,economical and practical,it is suitable for clinical application.
